Amanda finished with the highest mark in the Matrimonial Law module in her Undergraduate studies, and was graded ‘Outstanding’ in Family Law on the Bar Vocational Course
Amanda specialises primarily in divorce cases, especially those dealing with family finances and/or children matters. She has in depth expertise in dealing with financial disputes, both in a matrimonial context as well as between cohabitees. She particularly enjoys dealing with matters that have an international element.
In addition to her financial work, Amanda has dealt with a number of complex and sensitive children matters, including those involving sexual offenders, domestic violence and intractable hostility.
Amanda has been praised for her ability to clearly articulate complex legal matters to clients of all backgrounds. She is described as a tenacious advocate in court, thoroughly prepared and with an acute attention to detail.
Amanda has been shortlisted for Young Barrister of the Year at the Jordans Family Law Awards 2014.
